We operate remote and field teams providing on-site support to housing societies and communities across India.
Please read this Master Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using our website, mobile application, or any of our services (“Services”). By accessing, registering, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
If you are acting on behalf of an organization, society, company, or association, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not have this authority or disagree with these terms, you must not use the Services.
This Agreement governs your registration and ongoing use of our community management app. Town Management reserves the right to accept or deny service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.
Definitions
“We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Town Management.
“You” or “Your” refers to the customer, society, or authorized representative accessing or using our Services.
“Services” include our software, web portals, mobile apps, APIs, and all related support or maintenance tools.
“Content” means all data, text, graphics, images, or other material provided through the platform.
Free Trial
If you register for a free trial, your usage is governed by this Agreement. Trials are temporary and may be suspended or terminated at any time without notice or liability.
Our Responsibilities
Town Management shall:
- Provide access to our Services according to the plan agreed with you.
- Ensure reasonable availability and uptime except during maintenance or unforeseen events.
- Protect your data using industry-standard security protocols.
- Offer support via chat, email, or phone as mutually agreed.
We may enhance, modify, or discontinue parts of our Services to improve functionality or comply with laws.
Use of the Services and Content
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful society or property management purposes.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
- Provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.
- Not attempt to access or reverse-engineer source code, data, or systems.
- Avoid transmitting malicious code, spam, or unauthorized materials.
Restricted Use: You may not use our platform for benchmarking, copying, or evaluating performance for competitive purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate or depend on third-party tools such as payment gateways, SMS/email providers, or cloud storage. These operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which you agree to follow.
Proprietary Rights and Licenses
All intellectual property rights in the Town Management platform, content, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for Housing Society Management only. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and user data exchanged during the term of service. Confidential information shall not be disclosed except:
- As required by law or court order, or
- With prior written consent of the disclosing party.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or absolute data security. You assume full responsibility for the accuracy of data entered into the system.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruption.
- Our total liability is limited to remedies available under applicable law and does not include consequential damages.
Term and Termination
This Agreement begins on the date of activation or first use and continues until terminated.
- You may terminate the Agreement by discontinuing use.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, misuse, or breach.
Upon termination, all rights to access the Services cease immediately, but obligations regarding confidentiality, liability, and surviving provisions continue to apply.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, internet failures).
- Amendments: We may update these terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
